Take a breath. You’ve come to the right place.

You do not need to have it all figured out to take the first step. Alpha Clinics is here to provide no-cost, confidential care and a staff that is ready to support you, wherever this moment finds you.

Wondering If You Could Be Pregnant?

A missed period, an unexpected home test result, or simply feeling that something is different can raise many questions quickly. You don’t have to sit with that uncertainty alone. Our staff is here to help you find answers in a safe, supportive space so you can move forward with clarity.

Common Early Pregnancy Signs

Your body often sends signals before you even reach for a test. Some common early signs of pregnancy include:

  • A missed or late period
  • Breast tenderness or swelling
  • Nausea with or without vomiting
  • Visiting the bathroom more often than usual
  • Unusual fatigue or low energy
  • Heightened emotions or mood shifts
  • Sudden changes in appetite or strong reactions to certain foods

It is also important to know that pregnancy can happen even when birth control has been used. If any of these sound familiar, getting tested is a good place to begin.

Your First Step

Alpha Clinics offers free, medical-grade pregnancy testing supported by our trained patient advocates. Even if you have already taken a home test, coming in allows you to confirm your results in a calm, supportive environment.

Home tests are not always reliable. Testing too early, not following instructions exactly, or other factors can affect the result. We can help you feel confident before deciding on your next step.

After a Positive Test

A positive home test tells you that the pregnancy hormone hCG has been detected, but it does not give you the full picture. If your test comes back positive, you may qualify for a limited ultrasound with our trained medical staff.

A limited ultrasound can help confirm:

  • How many weeks along you are
  • That the pregnancy is located inside the uterus
  • Whether cardiac activity is present

Having this information is an important part of knowing all of your options. Our patient advocates are available to walk you through every question at your own pace.

You Do Not Have to Do This Alone

You’re welcome to come in on your own or bring someone you trust. Partners are always welcome.

Our staff includes Spanish-speaking team members so that every patient feels supported from the moment they walk in.

We are here to listen without judgment, answer without pressure, and support you through each step.
